Use of Services

Our services are provided “as is” and are intended for lawful business and personal use. You agree not to misuse our platform, disrupt functionality, or attempt any unauthorized access.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

Payments and Refunds

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Milestone payments are due within 5 working days unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the project’s progress — up to 75% before work starts and up to 50% after commencement. No refunds are provided once more than half of the work is completed.

Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a 10% late fee plus an administration charge. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services and referral to debt collection.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design materials produced by Kcube AI remain its intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients are granted usage rights upon full payment of dues.

Third-Party Services

Any fees for third-party tools, hosting, or licenses (such as domain renewals or integrations) must be paid in full and are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before renewal dates.

Limitation of Liability

Kcube AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

Communication

All official communication will be conducted via email. It is the client’s responsibility to keep contact information up to date to ensure smooth correspondence.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
